Well, its salad and wakame seaweed soup for dinner again today !
And we are happy to be healthy with it ...

I just had to smile after reading this one! :.))
There used to be a Seventh-Day Aventist hospital in Manila with a restaurant that served purely vegetarian meals.
Believe me, they were not meager ...
