O-Bon Butterfly

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

his soul is back -
a huge butterfly sips
grandfather's sake

I poured a small cup for the former owner of our home,
and it seems he accepted the gift !

The large black and white butterfly
kept me company for more than an hour !

An excellent haiku, Gabi! Very evocative. It almost makes me believe in the transmigration of the soul.

Thanks, Larry, for sipping a bit with our Grandpa ! He sure liked company to drink !

And this large butterfly was hanging around me for more than an hour, quite unbelievable !

Oh Gabi san

The feeling I received from your haiku was as if my spirit flew to
the cup!! This is a very dear haiku to me for that.

May grandfather drink deeply! His flight will zig-zag joyfully.
