gion-go, 擬音語。
zuki zuki,
pulsating, splitting.

Do you have same [gion-go] in German?

sakuo.

Hi Sakuo san,
we do not have this kind of words in German very much.
I think it is one of the specialities of Japanese.

I will study more later ... now is
zuki zuki time

Sounds like a root canal coming up. Having been there, I can truly appreciate your onomatopoetic ache.
Best wishes. L.

Dear Mrs. Greve Gabi,
I guess you have had a too long rainy season added with your toothache.
I wish you to get well soon.
Sincerely,
O. from Japan

Dear Gabi san
Sorry for your toothache.

You might try "throbbing" as the meaning of "zukizuki".

As you know, the trobbing pain is caused by blood flow around the irratated nerve and will match your heart beat in its frequency.
Sometimes a warm mouth wash can help. Also, a tincture of clove in a warm solution has antibiotic attributes. The best solution, is to get to a dentist as soon as you can.

Wishing you good health...
