Kan Modori, the Cold coming Back in Spring
March 2005, blessed with snowstorms and temperatures around minus 6 in the morning.
kan modori -
let the world be
and take a rest

And this is the look outside, with snow hanging heavily over the roof and the bamboo all bend under the load. When this avalanche falls down in various parts around the roof, the whole house shakes like in an earthquake. We keep the cats inside to protect them from this event and as you can see, little Haiku kun has his way to cope with the situation.
